01. Engagement

By booking a consultation or audit through this site, you are engaging Diego Rivera-Díaz for professional services. These terms apply to all digital transactions and site usage.

02. Payments & Bookings

Payments are processed securely via PayPal. Bookings are managed through TidyCal. By completing a transaction, you agree to the following:

• Strategy Consultations: Non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the call.
• Audits: 50% deposit required to begin. No refunds once the technical discovery phase has commenced.

03. Performance Disclaimer

SEO and GEO involve third-party algorithms (Google, OpenAI, Perplexity). While I provide senior-level strategy based on 15+ years of experience, I do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes.

04. Intellectual Property

You are welcome to crawl this site as per the robots.txt directives. However, republishing proprietary content or audit frameworks for commercial gain is prohibited without written consent.

05. Limitation of Liability

Diego Rivera-Díaz is not liable for any loss of traffic or revenue resulting from the implementation of technical recommendations. Final implementation is always at the client's discretion.

06. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond the parties' reasonable control, including: mechanical or communications failure; "Acts of God"; changes to third-party search engine algorithms; or systemic internet outages.
